Victron Energy equipment integration: E-BOX Off-Grid Power Systems

It’s great to see Victron Energy equipment being integrated into innovative turnkey solutions. Recently I came across E-BOX Off-Grid Power Systems who cater for a range of markets with their beautifully engineered mobile, home and business range of off-grid power supply products. E-Box are based in Austria and have been official Victron distributors since 2011.

E-Box Mobile and Off-Grid editions

Their E-Box:Mobile solution, which you can see in the image above, is used in RVs/Motorhomes, Boats, Emergency and Expedition vehicles. There is also an E-Box:Off-Grid, which is designed for garden houses, fishing huts and cabins where there is no grid connection. Depending on the model you choose will dictate which Victron products are integrated into the system. In their mobile range for example E-Box use:

Larger E-Box systems including the E-Box:System 24h edition

Here is an E-Box:System 24h (shown below) which uses the following subject to customer specifications:

From Austria to Croatia to South Africa such systems are used in farms, leisure centres, marinas and hotels. Quite often solar arrays are integrated too, as are Smartphone applications.

In these days of increased power demands for off-grid leisure activities and rolling blackouts or load shedding for larger grid systems, in countries such as South Africa – I’m sure we will see more and more of these type of quality and well engineered power systems.
