Impossible Robotics: Competition update

In the last blog about the Victron sponsored Impossible Robotics team, we told you how these young Dutch engineers had landed (along with their robot Victor) in Richmond, Virginia, USA. That was last week as they prepared for the qualification Recycle Rush matches in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) regionals.

The qualification matches took place on Friday and Saturday. The team have kept their own blog about these matches and their passion and enthusiasm is self evident – and to be fair they convey that better than we can do here.

We’re delighted to see that the team have received a Rookie Inspiration Award. Well done to the Impossible Robotics team, from all at Victron Energy – and do enjoy your rest day today (Monday) before you fly home to Holland. We look forward to hearing the tales of your travels on your return.

In the meantime here are a few photos from the matches.
