Arise Sir Launch-A-Lot!

Great news, the good knight Sir Launch-A-Lot (5412 pictured above) and the Impossible Robotics team have won an award at this year’s FIRST ® Robotics Competition in Orlando.

The award ceremony

Whilst the team didn’t make the final play-offs, they did show remarkable spirit and a well recognised maturing in their engineering skills. After the finals had been run you can imagine Impossible Robotics delight when the announcer said:

“This team exudes gracious professionalism, showing heart and spirit for the competition and all participants. This team finds no challenge impossible, and brings the principles of FIRST ® to their city and far beyond.”

Conclusion

Congratulations to the team from all of us at Victron Energy, especially for winning the Gracious Professionalism award.

Further information about them, the competition and how this all helps the engineers of tomorrow is available via the links below.
