Victron Energy customer Inter-Action is a French company based in La Crau between Toulon and Hyères. With over 20 years electrical engineering expertise, one of their specialist areas is LED lighting for Superyachts. Examples of their LED lighting solutions were on display at last week’s Monaco Yacht Show, all powered by Victron Energy systems.
Victron on display
As you can see a number of Victron products were on display at the Inter-Action stand. Not only that but you can’t have a Superyacht show in France without Champagne, or it seems sound and light.
Using Victron products Inter-Action have created a cabinet with integrated LED lighting, a cooler for that essential Champagne, together with a built-in sound system.
Champagne, Lights, Sound
This Superyacht, LED lit sound and Champagne bar utilises the following products:
- 2 x Victron AGM 100 Ah batteries
- 1 x Victron 50A charger
- 1 x BMV-700 series battery monitor
- 1 x VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle
The music and lights are all controlled by a smartphone, with this self-contained unit putting out an impressive 15,000 Watts of sound!
Conclusion
The variety of places Victron products occurs never ceases to amaze me. If Inter-Action wishes anyone to test this particular product, I’m sure there will be no shortage of applicants!
