Purpose-made educational facility
In their training room – which is dedicated exclusively to Victron Energy training – a three-phase Victron MultiPlus system has been installed which allows for practical hands-on training during which participants can learn in real-life how to design, connect and program devices in various configurations.
SunTrack believe their marketing and educational initiatives not only achieve better results for the company, but without them the Victron Energy brand would be far less recognisable in Poland, greatly hindering the work of installers. SunTrack’s founder Filip Mączyński says: “Brand recognition and perception are key matters in times of high competition and market flooding by Chinese companies. It’s important to work continually on brand recognition among end customers because without it, they will not choose Victron Energy solutions, but instead will look more favourably at other brands which in the vast majority of cases will be significantly lower in quality.”
“I consistently participate in training sessions offered by SunTrack. Our collaboration is a true synergy – their professionalism and commitment allow me to always be a step ahead of the market. Victron Energy products symbolize the essence of quality for me, which I strive to deliver to my clients, whether we’re talking about home or industrial installations.
My passion for energy independence is vividly expressed on my YouTube channel. On this platform, I delve into the technical intricacies of energy storage, showcasing the myriad benefits of owning energy storage systems and living off- grid. Notably, I am immensely proud of having implemented the first fully off-grid installation in Poland, based on Victron Energy Quattro inverters, and it’s situated in my own home. This serves as a tangible testament to the feasibility and advantages of such a lifestyle in our country. Thanks to the close cooperation with SunTrack, I feel that I have not only the tools but also the inspiration to spread the idea of energy sovereignty among my community.”
